The residential development El Rengle is located on the seafront of Mataró (Barcelona) and consists of 2 multi-family buildings with a total of 70 apartments

The total area of the development approximate is 9500m2, distributed in two buildings of seven floors each one of them including housing, offices and commercial space, in addition to 80 parking spaces. The buildings are in a private complex with interior landscaped areas including a children’s playground and a swimming pool on the rooftop of the buildings.

The development makes use of renewable and sustainable energy sources. The buildings have an innovative technology for the energy source, the “Tub Verd”, a network of district heating and cooling that guarantees on one hand a high comfort and on the other hand ensures energy and economic savings.
