The Omega Business Park is located in the municipality of Alcobendas (Madrid). It has an approximate area of 50,000 m² above ground, distributed in six buildings of six floors each with 1,100 parking spaces.

In line with Europe’s most innovative trends in business parks’ design, the Omega Business Park is set in a private and secure venue. Due to the arrangement of the buildings in the form of Omega, which gives name to the Park, a large green inner space of about two acres, with lush vegetation and an artificial lake was built.

Each of the buildings, with a similar aesthetic, is conceived as an isolated element and at the same time has the possibility of a connection within the complex according to business needs. With surfaces that vary between 600 m² and 3,000 m² of open floor plan. This concept is made possible by the façade’s careful choice and design. Its curtain wall perimeter with a low solar incidence and high acoustic attenuation ensures greater energy efficiency and excellent comfort. In addition the HVAC system allows for independent control of up to 22 different areas per plant, including air-conditioning and heating at the same time.
