Located on the site of the former Bosser textile factory in the Catalan town of Sabadell.

The project covers an area of 12,500 m² with 8,300 m² for private and public spaces. The project includes the construction of 134 apartments spread over two buildings. One of them has an 8 storey elliptical floor with two underground parking areas, a private complex with pool, and ground floors. The other, a six-floor building, will be joined to the existing one adding two new basements for parking spaces.

The complex offers a playground for children and a large public square in the center of the block that connects two chimneys: Vapor Gran and Vapor Buxeda Vell.
