Renovation and comprehensive reform of a 5 star luxury hotel in London, located at number 336, Strand, next to Covent Garden and Waterloo Bridge.

It is a project by famous architect Norman Foster in the category of 5-star luxury Hotels. It has 173 rooms, 8 of which are suites and 79 apartments. In addition, two restaurants, a spa and meeting facilities.

Scope, Challenges and Accomplished Objectives

• The scope of our collaboration was the embodiment of the cost estimate and contract situation analysis, status of works summary, financial situation assessment and other necessary subjects for the completion of the renovation work when Anida acquired the building under construction, from URVASCO (Silken).
