To a large extend the provision of land to develop (953,125 m²) marked the project. Given that the developments are stuck between the future east round of Terrassa (from which we proceed to build the section included in the scope of the partial plan) the C-58 motorway, the N-150 between Sabadell & Terrassa and Riera de las Arenas.

Furthermore, the sector is at its northeast corner adjacent to an electricity substation. This led to the burial of three high voltage lines (two owned by ENDESA and one by REE) and eighteen medium voltage lines.

The project also includes the construction of the future Llevant de Terrassa Road first section, which involves the implementation of 4 new viaducts and 2 underpasses in the eastern axis of the sector. The construction of a new underpass under the C-58 should be noted, as we used the pushed forward technique of “in situ” walls.

The project also provides for the adaptation of parkland within the scope of a future peri-urban park located in the east sector.
