75,000 m² shopping center located in La Grela Park, one of the most important industrial areas of A Coruña city. Built on a 175,000 m² plot, is provided for an annual influx of seven million visitors.

The project is based on the construction of a unique building with a series of different colors roof skylights for the creation a bright, modern space. Two basement floors with 3,000 parking spaces. Ground floor and first floor, intended for commercial use.

Due to the plot’s industrial origin it was necessary to demolish the old industrial sections. This implied the elimination of toxic waste and the treatment of contaminated land. It is interesting to note the use of explosives in the recess of the land, given the affected area’s geology.
