Land located on the seafront with an area of 13,010 m². The hotel “Finca Los Olivos” will consist of 62 luxury rooms, two elegant restaurants, a spa, convention and banquet hall (300 persons), outdoor and indoor pools, gardens, terraces and underground parking for 150 vehicles.

Scope, Challenges and Accomplished Objectives

• Business Plan Development, Demand Analysis, Market Data and Competition.
• Definition of business and Feasibility Study.
• Development of a Memorandum for the tendering of a hotel operator, and Project Development of a 4/5 stars Hotel.
• The studies were performed in collaboration with T & L and ACC.
