The complex will have a residential usage. A building area of 88,000 m² will correspond to a maximum of 815 homes, 16,000 m² of constructed area and 43,000 m² for gardens and parkland.

It includes the construction of a new access from the AP-7, the installation of an 800 meters acoustic barrier in the same AP-7 (attached to the area) and the implementation of a water collection tank with a capacity of 1,728 m³. This later implies major impact in the area: the creation of detours and the protection of power and pipelines.

The project includes the construction of a new urban park, Parc de les Aigues, in order to sort the urban grid and its road connections with the adjacent population of Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.
