Land located in the district 22 @, Barcelona’s old industrial area. The project includes the transformation and recovery of the old flour mill “Farinera Can Gili Vell”, a nineteenth century Industrial building protected by the Heritage records of the City.

The project transforms the former Farinera in a set of offices and 100 Loft-type homes. It consist of the renovation of the industrial building and the attached tower, as well as the demolition of outbuildings and the construction of a new building that will house new premises for offices. The whole area is surrounded by large open spaces.
