Around the existing Zuasti golf course, the project develops 350 new homes as a continuation of the first residential phase.

The sector in question has a total area of 454,241 m². 321,344 m² of these are intended for terraced housing in a residential area including single-family units with a central garden; a multi-family building around a square and hospitality, equipment and administrative buildings.

The other 84,572 m² are destined to the construction of “Pitch & Putt” field; 15,239 m² are destined to cultural and educational type sports facilities and 2,290 m² to green areas.
