The residential development is located on the seafront, in the municipality of Mataró (Barcelona) and consists of 119 homes.

This is the new construction project for plots 6.1 and 6.2 of the PMU-11 “IVECO_RENFE / FARINERA” sector. The proposal is made up of three volumes, one with ground floor + 5 PP (plot 6.2), one with ground floor + 14 PP and a lower ground floor body (plot 6.1) housing a total of 119 homes with 4, 3 and 2 bedrooms. Of the total number of homes, 92 are free, 15 are under a concerted regime and 12 are under official protection.

All homes have large balconies or terraces, in the case of those located on the ground floor.

On the roof of the linear block there is a community pool. For its part, the roof of the tower will be used for private terraces of the homes immediately below.

Plot 6.1 has a specific volume of ground floor destined for commercial premises.

The private space on the ground floor will have gardens, swimming pool, solarium and games area.
