The building is located on Compte d’Urgell, very close to Mercat de Sant Antoni, in Barcelona.
It has an area of 1.350 m2 and consists of Ground Floor, Mezzanine, 4 Floors and Rooftop in which there is a pool. The program includes a Commercial Ground Floor and 11 apartments.
The Project is listed by the Municipality Heritage Department with Protection Level C, being the facades and the overall dimensions protected. Thus, both in the interior and in the common areas, demolition works of added elements that distort the original aspect and restoration works of original elements that improve the cultural value of the building will be carried out.
The Project has an exterior stairwell and an elevator in the inner courtyard corner providing access to the apartments through a walkway, which allows to restoration of the rear facade to the former original aspect.
