The Magnolia Hotel is located in the town of Salou a few meters from the beach.

The project involved the transformation of a 7-storey apart-hotel into Magnolia, the 4-star Hotel. It houses 72 rooms, lounges, spa with sauna and Jacuzzi, swimming pool and garden.

The main technical features included the comprehensive renovation of the structure and the complete installation of all services including the generation of sanitary hot water through solar energy.
