The building, former Telefónica headquarters is located in Paseo de Recoletos facing the National Library and next to Plaza de Colón, one of the most representative places in Madrid.

The rehabilitation project designed to house offices was carried out in two phases. A first phase of partial demolition, respecting the building’s structure and part of the floor, and a second phase which integrated and appreciated the total building with 13,315 m² of offices, 3 commercial spaces on the ground floor, mezzanine, a 2,482 m² basement and 2,810 m² of parking.

The façade divided in 2 parts is an essential feature in the building. In the first part, ceramic details facilitate the visual and integral connection with the adjacent building. The second part maintains its horizontal aesthetics but conferring it a more modern image of double skin curtain wall.
