Approximately 55 hectares Partial Plan destined primarily for residential use in Lleida. The developments run, in the South, alongside with the Southern Lleida C-31 road. In the west with the city of Lleida’s rail corridor, where an overpass access to the warehouses will be built. And in the north and east the developments run alongside with the city of Lleida.

Most of the development is intended to single-family homes but there are also areas for row housing, making a total of 1,431 new homes.

The project includes a municipal agreement for the creation of green areas in a lineal park parallel to the rail corridor.

There is a 20,000 m³ irrigation pond in the central area of the site that will have to be removed and a new irrigation system will be built to ensure irrigation to the existing plots.
