TRIBECA ESTE is a collection of buildings intended for firms offices belonging to the Business Activities Park: “La Raya Industrial”.

The project is built on 2 near but separate parcels of 56,517 m² (TC1) and 28,567 m² (TC2), respectively. The buildings are arranged in rows that have a total of 753 modules. The type module consists of 50 m² plus 20 m² for mezzanine in a single open space plus terrace or private garden.

Each of the plots has its own common area with secure single access. The interior is projected with landscaped spaces with variety of vegetation, footpaths and resting areas with different floorings; all connected with pathways. Parking spaces distributed both by the plot and under the first floor.

Scope, Challenges and Accomplished Objectives

• Project Monitoring for Procam – Riofisa.
• Conceived under sustainability and energy efficiency criteria. The greatest adaptability to the land’s topography and the least environmental impact. Creating great working conditions for health and expansion, in line with the most recent concepts.
